Jay has always been a budding photographer, but it wasn't until he had three of his photos short-listed in the Dorset AONB's 60th Anniversary Photography Competition that he really started to believe in his own abilities - particularly when one of those photos subsequently went on to win the whole competition!
 
The judges said his winning image captured the very essence of a summer day on the Dorset coast with its profusion of wildflowers and grasses swaying in the gentle breeze.
